After a nice week-long Thanksgiving break, we're in the final stretch of this semester. Things are getting real. If Mr. Compton's not sure that we will be able to finish a project by the end of next semester, it will be cancelled. I feel pretty confident that Moonlight Sprinters will be ok, but I'm not sure about Squircle and Beam. We still don't have a working prototype. On my end, I've done what I can. I've modeled (almost) every object that we know we need (now at the correct scale), and just learned about how to make custom collisions. Jason's been knocking out most of Beam's animations. The main challenge at the moment is for the programmers, getting all the files and mechanics and 1's and 0's and beeps and boops together.

Similarly, in Moonlight, the programmers are hard at work putting everything together into a prototype. I'm nearly done with the Lightning V12 mesh.

Mr. Compton suggested that we learn something new during the break, and for me he recommended both Substance Painter a

nd Designer. So I'll be doing that, as well as drawing more with my new anatomy books.

I don't have much new and interesting to show, so here's a thing I made not long ago
